Sales Administrator - New Doors

If so, we are currently looking for an Sales Administrator to support the effective and efficient administration of the New Door Sales Department based at our manufacturing facility in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

The Position:
  • Reporting to the Planning and Estimating Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Inputting new door order data onto SAP
  • Maintaining the quotation and enquiry log
  • Dealing with Trade customer enquiries, being their point of contact/support and processing the orders
  • Completing customer questionnaires
  • Taking incoming sales phone calls and messages from customers and the Field Sales Teams
  • Running reports for monthly performance reviews
Skills and Experience

  • PC Literate – MS Office
  • Good telephone manner and confidence
  • Organisational skills
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed
  • Ability to communicate via email and letter

Desirable (but not essential as full training given):
  • SAP experience
  • Knowledge of the Construction Industry & Tendering process
  • Sales experience
