Regional Sales Manager - North

If so, we are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support the effective and efficient operation of the North Sales Team across North East England, Yorkshire and East Midlands.

The Position:
Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving new automatic pedestrian door product sales targets within your territory. Success will be derived from developing business with architects, main contractors and fabricators. You will be maximising all possible lead opportunities for new door sales as well as following up on enquiries and quotations. As Regional Sales Manager, you are required to work closely with various departments within Gilgen Door Systems including Estimating, After Sales and Operations.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be liaising with potential and existing customers and you will need to maintain and develop these relationships. You will also be submitting monthly reports on sales reports and orders forecasts.
Skills and Experience
  • Self-motivation and desire to succeed
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills
  • Flexible attitude to adapt swiftly to changing demands in the business
  • Previous experience within a similar role in construction
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Computer literate, especially with MS Office
  • Full driving licence
  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Hold a mechanical, technical or construction qualification
  • Experience within the door industry
