We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planning and Dispatch Co-ordinator to join a highly motivated and experienced team to schedule installation, repair and maintenance work for our engineers.

The Position:
As a Planning & Dispatch Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning installations and repairs within a defined region of the UK. You will be liaising with clients to ensure the schedule of work has minimal impact on the operation of their business, as well as scheduling PPM contracts for minor and major account customers in a timely fashion. It is the Planning and Dispatch Co-ordinator’s responsibility to send engineers their work load on a daily basis, as well as ensuring that all bookings are made as effectively and cost efficiently as possible.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Able to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies through effective scheduling
  • Previous experience of the SAP system
  • Relevant industry Experience
