If so, we are currently looking for a Customer Account Administrator to support the effective and efficient administration of the Major Accounts. Reporting to the Major Accounts Team Leader you will be the first point of contact for designated accounts and be responsible for offering excellent customer services.

The Position:
As a Customer Account Administrator, reporting to the Major Accounts Team Leader, you will be the first port of call for our customers and responsible for developing the relationship with your key accounts.The position requires you to work closely with your team as well as liaising with other departments throughout the company to ensure customer service levels are met and exceeded. You will need to update and maintain the customer portals and ensure the appropriate paperwork is processed accurately.
